Kindred Community Ltd is a therapeutic healthcare community providing specialist Case Management and Rehabilitation services to clients with Acquired Brain Injury and complex catastrophic injury.
This is built on an ethical, client led approach ensuring clinical excellence in all we do.
Through a combination of trustworthiness, teamwork, honesty and a highly personalised approach, the relationship between Case Manager or Therapist and Client can be developed to ensured the client feels fully supported throughout their rehabilitation and ongoing brain injury journey.
When you work with one of our Case Managers or Therapists, you will receive the utmost care and attention from someone who will be able to listen to your experience and who understands brain injury, dual diagnosis and complex disability. Your Case Manager can help you, within the context of a supportive and safe relationship, to work through your challenges, address the risks or needs you have and support you to achieve your goals.
They can help you think through changes you may want to make with your life or circumstances and support you to find a way through your difficulties. Offering a safe space to enable change, with a non-judgemental approach, where you can explore life and find positivity and meaning.
