Therapists

Kindred Community Ltd are looking to recruit therapists with a brain injury specialism or background in neuro fields. We are growing our network of therapists to complement and enhance our case management services. By doing so, we are looking to establish an industry standard of practice recognised and expected by all stakeholders, clients and solicitors. All therapists working with Kindred Community will complete annual 'fit to practice' health checks with our management team which monitors governance, CPD, PDP, professional registration and competencies.

 

Packages for associate therapists are offered on a self employed basis, meeting our criteria identified below and having signed up to our company core values and ethics to work under our banner. By working with Kindred Community Ltd, you will benefit from support, training, and other resources you might not otherwise have access too. 

 

You will need to have;

  • Professional qualification and 3 years + experience of the role

  • Professional registration to a regulatory body

  • X2 references from professionals working in neuro fields

  • Professional indemnity insurance of £6,000000

  • Agreeable to signing up to company core values and ethics

  • Receiving clinical supervision or agreed to receive clinical supervision via Kindred services
